Storm Strength & Fitness is a private sports performance facility that offers core programs designed for middle school, high school and collegiate or professional athletes as well as active adults. Training is performance-based and is organized in small groups for more individual attention. We offer seasonal or customized programs for youth athletes and teams and monthly memberships for adults 18+ for our basic gym or adult group training. Storm Strength & Fitness first opened in Wilmington, NC in 2014 and in January 2016, we moved to our current downtown location on Princess Street, close to New Hanover High School.
