Youth & Adult Performance Training Gym

Storm Strength & Fitness is a sports performance gym that specializes in small group  training for middle-school, high-school & collegiate athletes as well as active adults.  We also feature team training, private training & basic gym memberships.

High School & Collegiate Program

June 11th - August 17th - Only 6 spots available

3 Day Program - (90 Minute Session) 

3x/week:  M, W, F 9:00 am - 10:30 am - Female HS & Collegiate

3x/week: M, W, F 10:30am - 12:00pm - Male HS & Collegiate

2x/week: T, TH,  10::30 am - 12:00 pm - All Middle School
