Youth & Adult Performance Training Gym

Storm Strength & Fitness is a sports performance gym that specializes in small group  training for middle-school, high-school & collegiate athletes as well as active adults.  We also feature team training, private training & basic gym memberships.

10-week Programs will run from June 12th - August 18th.

Collegiate

4x/week:  M, T, Th, F 10:30 am - 12 pm

2x/week:  T, Th 4:30 pm - 6 pm

2x/week: T, Th 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

3x/week: M, W, F 11:30 am - 1:00 pm

4x/week:  M, T, Th, F 9 am - 10:30 am
